Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees. \nWe are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nThe Network Team Lead will support the Technical Leads, Field Technicians, Project Management and Network Engineering team to carry out a best-in-class service in the deployment of networking hardware for Global customers.\nThis position will require a combination of travel to various customer sites globally as well as remote support.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nUnderstand and project the team culture\nBuild trust between team members.\nInspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals.\nInfluence valuable changes.\nBe open to new ideas coming from team members.\nConsult frequently with key team members.\nEstablish an open discussion for decision-making.\nDistinguish the team from others - create an identity for the team\nTrain new resource on EOS/client standards\nEnsures all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training.\nEnsures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.\nPractices cost improvement strategies, maintaining profitability and growth of area.\nProvide support to the PMO team in the correct selection of field resource to ensure successful project delivery\nImplements location-specific and area quality goals and action plans in order to achieve quality standards.\nProvides informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent.\nParticipate in the hiring of new field resource\nRepresent the EOS in meetings with Clients\nEnsure Day and Project level documentation is completed\nTrain and uphold EOS Skills and Standards\nUnderstand skillsets and properly assign technicians to project teams\nDecipher complex Design Packs and appropriately convey questions or changes with Project Management\nWork with Project Management to help assign technicians to projects\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in the network environment\nAbility to provide technical support through various means of communication\nCollaborate easily with network engineers and project managers\nAssisting network engineers in the form of network design, implementation, and problem resolution\nSupport the onsite team to meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations\nAny other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nMust have experience leading teams\nMust be able to read and understand SOP/DPKs to ensure everything is done correctly\nMust be agile, and exhibit a strong sense of urgency\nMust be responsive, efficient, have excellent customer interaction, and exhibit a high level of professionalism\nThe ideal candidate will not find difficult tech problems deterring or frustrating, but intriguing and will welcome the challenge\nGood organization and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nMust have critical thinking and problem-solving ability\nBe flexible and adaptable to change and hours of work, to meet the needs of the customer\nThe ability to accurately communicate directions to technicians onsite or abroad\nThe desire to grow through learning and taking on new projects\nStoried experience of networking hardware - routers, servers, switches, PDU’s, copper and fiber optic cabling\nExcellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills.\nHands on experience on Juniper routers/switches/firewall, Cisco L2/L3 switches and Aruba/Cisco wireless.\nAbility to read technical network diagrams, schematics and port maps\nAbility to interpret rack build layouts and bills of materials\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nGood understanding of networking concepts and a desire to build skills in this area\nCandidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.\nAbility to diagnose advanced technical problems and find the root cause.\nAbility to work in and encourage fast paced and dynamic environment\nCombination of at least 8 years’ Data Center Network Deployment experience or;\n8 years' experience in Network Engineering Deployments for large-scale networks in a corporate environment\nMust be available to work outside of normal business hours\nMust be available to travel to various customer sites within the US, and globally if required\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA:\n5+ Network Infrastructure deployment experience and 3+ Years EOS Network Infrastructure deployment experience\nOR 4+ EOS Network Infrastructure deployment experience and a Qualifying Certification (CCNA, CDCTP, DCIS, etc).\nOR a reasonable combination of these ideas.\nBachelor's Degree/Associates Degree\nCCNA / CDCTP / ECC / BICSI / DCIE\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
