We are committed to operational excellence, collaboration, continuous improvement, and creating an environment where our people can thrive and grow.\nReports To\nSales and Procurement Operations Lead, APAC and UK\nRole Summary\nThe Operations Lead, APAC leads regional quoting, procurement, and order management activities from Singapore, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Sales Support, Finance, Trade Compliance, Partner Management, Vendors and Distributors, PMO, and Customer Service teams to improve fulfilment performance and support continued growth across APAC.\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop the Sales & Procurement Operations and Order Management teams.\nManage team performance, resourcing requirements, escalations, and alignment with global headquarters.\nConduct regular operational reviews and synchronisation meetings with HQ and US operations teams to support global opportunities and strategic initiatives.\nSales and Procurement Management\nLead quoting, procurement, sourcing, and supplier performance management activities.\nEnsure accuracy, responsiveness, compliance, and effective issue resolution across operational processes.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate complex opportunities and business requirements.\nCollaborate with Partner Management, Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Finance teams to support successful execution.\nOrder Management\nLead timely and accurate order execution from purchase order receipt through invoicing.\nProvide regular order status updates and support the resolution of customer issues.\nIdentify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve service delivery.\nMonitor order backlog and implement actions to improve fulfilment speed and efficiency.\nCoordinate with Trade Compliance, Logistics, Warehouse, PMO, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.\nProcess Improvement, Governance and Reporting\nDrive continuous process improvement initiatives across APAC operations functions.\nMaintain standard operating procedures, internal controls, and policy compliance requirements.\nSupport systems enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.\nMonitor and analyse key operational metrics and recommend performance improvements.\nDevelop strong stakeholder relationships and provide leadership with updates on performance, risks, and key initiatives.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn this role, success will be demonstrated through:\nA high-performing and engaged operations team.\nConsistent achievement of APAC service-level objectives.\nImproved customer satisfaction and reduced order cycle times.\nEnhanced procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and risk management practices.\nSuccessful delivery of operational improvement initiatives that support business growth and scalability.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related discipline.\nProfessional certifications such as CIPS, APICS, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are advantageous.\nExperience\n8 to 10+ years of experience across sales operations, procurement, order management, or supply chain functions.\n5+ years of people leadership experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing stakeholders across the APAC region and delivering operational improvements within complex environments.\nTechnical and Leadership Skills\nProficiency with ERP platforms, order management systems, CRM tools, and advanced Excel reporting.\nStrong understanding of procurement, order management, and order-to-cash processes.\nProven leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.\nBelonging at EOS\nAt EOS, we believe that diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds strengthen our teams and drive innovation.
