You will lead a team of associates, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.\nYou will act as a key point of escalation for complex queries, drive process improvements, and ensure that all orders are processed in line with company policies and customer expectations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and manage the Order Intake team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.\nOversee the processing of sales orders and customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nValidate data accuracy in quotations, orders, and invoices.\nAct as an escalation point for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.\nMonitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.\nCollaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.\nMaintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring compliance with company standards.\nAnalyse order intake metrics and report on performance to senior management.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the order intake function.\nEnsure adherence to company policies and procedures across all activities.\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA\nProven experience in order management or a similar operational leadership role.\nStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.\nAbility to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nCompetence in working with data and metrics to drive performance.\nA business-related degree is desirable but not essential.\nBELONGING AT EOS\nAt EOS IT Solutions, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute.
