Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.\nWe are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nThe Order Management Associate should be both pro-active and thorough in their approach to their tasks, always ensuring a high level of attention to detail, whilst demonstrating flexibility to incoming high-priority tasks and ability to manage workload accordingly.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nGenerate vendor purchase orders accurately and efficiently based on client orders.\nEnsure that vendor POs include all necessary details, such as product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.\nMonitor and track inbound shipments from vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.\nCollaborate with project teams to address any potential delays or issues in the shipment process.\nGenerate picking tickets for warehouse staff based on project timelines.\nCreate logistics tickets for outbound shipments to clients.\nPay meticulous attention to details in all stages of order processing to minimize errors.\nConduct thorough quality checks to guarantee that the correct products are shipped to clients.\nPrioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to meet tight deadlines.\nEfficiently manage a high volume of orders while ensuring accuracy and quality.\nManage multiple client orders simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes in order specifications, shipment schedules, or client requests.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain smooth order flow.\nRespond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates on order status.\nStay informed about product pricing, discounts, and promotions from vendors.\nIdentify opportunities to negotiate better terms with vendors and save costs.\nNegotiate favorable terms, discounts, or bulk purchase arrangements to optimize profitability.Experience in an order management or similar role; with a firm knowledge of the supply chain process\nAn understanding of the commercials involved in buying and reselling hardware\nExperience using procurement software\nStrong numeracy skills and analytical ability\nBasic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel Knowledge\nExcellent time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks\nExceptional attention to detail and level of meticulousness\nStrong communication skills\nA proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet.\nWillingness to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global companyESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nExperience in an order management or similar role;
