This role requires project management skills, IT proficiency, and a commitment to excellence in program delivery.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.\nDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to support the successful execution of IT programs.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.\nManage the day-to-day execution of IT programs, monitoring progress against key milestones, timelines, and budgets.\nIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, implementing proactive measures to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.\nProvide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nEstablish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and partners.\nCommunicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.\nSolicit stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with their expectations and requirements.\nEnsure that IT programs adhere to established quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.\nConduct regular reviews and assessments of program deliverables to verify compliance with specifications and quality criteria.\nImplement governance processes and controls to maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.\nIdentify process improvement, automation, and optimization opportunities to enhance program delivery capabilities and efficiency.\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA;\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.\nThree years experience in program or project management, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment.\nStrong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development methodologies.\nProficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program delivery.\nCertification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or ITIL certification is a plus.\nBelonging at EOS\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
