New joiners will be supported through a comprehensive onboarding and training programme to build technical knowledge across LMR systems, RF processes, and security infrastructure.\nYou will play a critical role in ensuring project data accuracy, coordination efficiency, and smooth operational delivery across multiple stakeholders.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage administrative and information flow across projects, ensuring data integrity and alignment across systems\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records across all tracking tools and reporting platforms\nSupport project schedules, resource allocation, and site access coordination\nAssist in the development and maintenance of training materials and documentation\nCoordinate onboarding and training for new project stakeholders, vendors, and team members\nService & Operational Support\nOversee support request and ticket lifecycle from intake through to resolution tracking\nConduct initial triage of issues and route requests to appropriate technical teams\nTrack progress against SLAs and ensure timely resolution of faults and service requests\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams on repair and maintenance activities\nCompliance & Regulatory Coordination\nSupport RF licensing processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance\nAssist with regulatory submissions, renewals, and updates across multiple regions\nMaintain centralised records of licensing and compliance documentation\nSupport research into RF requirements for new and existing deployments\nEssential Criteria\nExperience in project coordination, administration, or design/project support environments\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams\nExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills\nAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environment\nStrong problem-solving and critical thinking capability\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation or plans (training provided where required)\nDesired Criteria\nExperience supporting infrastructure, construction, or technical projects\nExposure to service desk or ticketing systems\nFamiliarity with project tracking tools or databases\nAwareness of RF, LMR, or security systems (advantageous but not required)\nInterest in building technical knowledge in communications infrastructure\nBelonging at EOS\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
