Trusted transparency.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs a Sales Operations Associate, you will support the commercial process that moves customer quotes from request through to delivery. This is an early-career, hands-on role offering structured training, close support from experienced colleagues, and clear opportunities to grow responsibility over time.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the end-to-end quote process from initial customer enquiry through to quote submission and invoicing\nAssist with bid registrations on OEM platforms (such as Cisco CCW and equivalent tools), ensuring accuracy and timely submission\nLiaise with distribution partners to request pricing, track responses, and support competitive quote creation\nBuild and maintain quotes in Sage X3 (or equivalent systems), ensuring correct pricing, part numbers, and commercial details\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, pricing data, and customer communications across systems\nSupport reviews of completed quotes and projects to identify learning opportunities and process improvements\nWork closely with Account Management to help respond to customer questions relating to quotes, pricing, and timelines\nAssist with project invoicing and support Finance in resolving basic billing queries\nDevelop product and solution knowledge across networking and audio-visual hardware over time\nEssential Criteria\nSome experience or education in a business, commercial, or customer-facing environment (degree, post-secondary qualification, internship, placement year, or entry-level role)\nInterest in sales operations, commercial processes, or working within a technology-led business\nStrong attention to detail, particularly when working with pricing, data, and documentation\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and support\nClear and professional written and verbal communication skills\nA proactive and curious mindset, with willingness to learn, ask questions, and act on feedback\nBasic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a wider team\nDesirable Criteria\nExposure to ERP, CRM, or quoting systems such as Sage X3 or similar\nSome familiarity with technology, hardware, networking, or audio-visual products\nExperience in a reseller, VAR, or technology services environment (including internships or part-time roles)\nBelonging at EOS\nAt EOS IT Solutions, we believe diverse perspectives strengthen our business.
