Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.\nWe are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW: \nDue to continued business growth, EOS are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to help fulfil and exceed the company’s service delivery requirements.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nSourcing and liaising with third party vendors globally to provide IT & AV equipment\nManage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting such to management\nWorking closely with key internal and external stakeholders\nProviding a high level of customer service to our clients, some of which are leading global IT organisations\nProactively plan and organize inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation dates\nCarryout purchase order processing\nUndertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company.\nAny other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder\nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nHighly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nStrong numeracy skills and analytical ability\nEfficient time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks\nAble to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global company\nEvidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet to overcome issues with supply.\nCan maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issues\nBe a motivated, self-starter, who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work.\nBe flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones.\nDESIRABLE SKILLS: \nDegree in Business/IT management or related business discipline is desirable but not required\nDemonstrable experience working in either a Procurement/Customer Service/IT or Logistics role\nExperience of Audio Visual/Video Conferencing and Networking environments\nExperience using ERP systems e.g., Sage X3, QuickBooks\nA firm knowledge of the supply chain process\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
