This role will partner closely with leaders to ensure alignment with the EOS mission and goals in attracting, developing, and retaining world class talent.\nThe Talent Acquisition Lead will have proven experience in leading a team of Recruiters, optimizing talent acquisition processes, tools and establishing best practices.\nAs the primary point of contact for US-based hiring managers, the role will be tasked with developing and cultivating strategic partnerships to ensure alignment, maximize delivery and evolve the recruiting function to meet the needs of the business.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDay-to-day leadership of the US recruitment and sourcing team.\nDriving a culture of data-driven recruiting, developing market intelligence and sharing key insights with the leadership team and hiring managers.\nEstablishing a performance metrics framework for the team to drive and sustain a high performing culture.\nLeading the planning and execution of selection and recruitment process in line with our D&I strategy.\nDeveloping all routes to market appropriate in supporting the diverse and changing hiring needs of the business. \nCreating an Early Careers strategy articulating how we will attract a diverse workforce and nurture them internally, as well as identifying the mechanisms to support the implementation of it.\nEnsuring all stakeholders have the best in class recruiting experience.\nCollaborating with colleagues to build and drive our employer brand.\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\n10+ years leadership experience in people management and recruiting leadership, ideally within a global technical environment.\nDemonstrable experience with recruiting/performance metrics and use of recruiting tools. Proven competency in reporting analytical data.\nA creative and flexible mindset, ready to think of and try new ideas and concepts.\nProven project management experience.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.\nExperience working on a global scale preferable.\nAwareness and appreciation of employment and equality legislation for North America\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
