Your work will directly impact the growth of our company, shaping the future of our workforce, while ensuring we remain an employer of choice in the industry.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \nManage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of roles across technical, business support, and senior positions. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand resourcing needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. \nDeveloping and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization. \nUtilizing multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline. \nConducting initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values. \nPromoting the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract potential candidates and position the company as an employer of choice. \nEnsuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to onboarding.\nDriving offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures.\nEnsuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.\nKeeping updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving the hiring process to meet the evolving needs of the business. \nESSENTIAL CRITERIA: \nProven experience managing high-volume recruitment in a corporate or agency setting.\nTrack record of successfully recruiting technical, engineering, and business support candidates.\nStrong sourcing expertise using diverse methods to build talent pipelines.\nExceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt recruitment strategies to meet challenging or evolving hiring needs. \nProficiency in using ATS software and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. \nProven ability to negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations effectively. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.\nKnowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.\nDESIRED CRITERIA:\nRecruitment experience within the IT, logistics, and/or Data Center arenas.\nExperiencing managing the candidate pipeline with Greenhouse ATS\nFamiliarity with negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations for technical roles.\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
