The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing market insight, recruitment expertise and strategic guidance to support informed hiring decisions.\nBeyond sourcing candidates, you will take ownership of the complete recruitment process, from understanding business requirements and developing hiring strategies through to offer negotiation, contract issuance and onboarding coordination. You will ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes that support EOS's growth across the region.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership (75%)\nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities and future talent needs.\nDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives and local market conditions.\nProvide market intelligence and talent insights, advising stakeholders on candidate availability, compensation trends, hiring challenges and recruitment best practices.\nOwn and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and business support roles across the Nordic region.\nConduct candidate screening and qualification conversations to assess skills, experience, motivation and role alignment.\nCoordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a structured, efficient and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.\nPartner with interview panels and hiring managers to evaluate candidates and support objective, informed hiring decisions.\nDrive recruitment activity through regular stakeholder communication, pipeline reviews and hiring updates.\nManage offer approvals, compensation discussions, candidate negotiations and hiring recommendations.\nCoordinate contract generation and issuance in partnership with HR and People Operations teams.\nEnsure recruitment activities comply with local employment legislation, data privacy requirements and company policies.\nTrack recruitment metrics and use data to identify opportunities for process improvement and hiring efficiency.\nAct as an ambassador for the EOS employer brand across the Nordic talent market.\nNew Hire Onboarding & Support (25%)\nCoordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.\nPartner with HR, IT, hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner.\nManage pre-employment checks, documentation and compliance requirements.\nSupport employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding activities.\nMaintain accurate employee and recruitment data within HR and ATS platforms.\nCollaborate with regional and global HR colleagues to ensure consistency while meeting local country requirements.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nProven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably within technical, IT or technology-enabled environments.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and advise hiring managers at multiple levels.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions and recruitment projects simultaneously.\nExperience conducting direct sourcing, candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.\nKnowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends and hiring methodologies across one or more Nordic countries.\nStrong commercial awareness and the ability to balance candidate experience with business objectives.\nExcellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.\nExperience using ATS, HRIS and recruitment technologies to manage recruitment processes effectively.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating across countries, functions and time zones.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience recruiting technical roles across multiple Nordic countries.\nProficiency in one or more Nordic languages.\nCIPD accreditation or an equivalent HR qualification.\nExperience within the technology, IT services, logistics or video collaboration industry.\nFamiliarity with cross-border recruitment and regional onboarding processes.\nWhere You Will Be Based\nThis position will support hiring across the Nordic region.
