You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.\n**THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 70% TRAVEL. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide daily reporting to the Project Management team.\nInstall a wide variety of AV technology in both existing and new build project sites.\nPerform cable management and layout planning for 1st fix hardware, including bracketry and ceiling speaker hardware.\nEnsure compliance with general contract requirements during installations.\nApply knowledge of low voltage electrical concepts.\nUtilize basic carpentry and installation skills.\nOperate power tools safely and effectively.\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.\nTravel to other sites as needed to support projects and installations.\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nExperience with AV systems such as Crestron, Extron, QSYS, or Cisco.\nUnderstanding of signal flow and AV rack building to AVIXA standards.\nFamiliarity with AV industry cabling and connector termination.\nStrong sense of urgency and agility in dynamic environments.\nExcellent customer interaction skills and professionalism.\nAbility to work independently in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.\nCommitment to ongoing technical development.\nWillingness and eligibility to travel and work globally.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication.\nCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nFlexibility and adaptability to changing work hours and customer needs.\nTeam-oriented mindset.\nValid driver’s license.\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA:\n1-3 years of experience in the AV/VC industry.\nDeeper knowledge of signal flow and AV installation.\nFamiliarity with Cisco, Extron, Crestron, or QSYS systems.\nAVIXA CTS or CTS-I certification.\nOSHA 10/30 or SST certification.\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
