In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Order Processing - Systems Team, responsible for managing customer orders for systems and accessories from purchase order through to invoicing. You’ll build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring all order documentation is accurate, technically sound, and compliant with legal requirements. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused to help us deliver excellence in every order.\nYour Mission\nOversee end-to-end processing of systems and accessories orders for both domestic and international customers.\nConduct formal reviews of system orders, contracts, and related sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nCoordinate order preparation, shipping, and export/customs controls to ensure timely delivery-working closely with Sales, distributors, customers, and logistics partners.\nManage payment terms, issue milestone invoices, and monitor payment status.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term satisfaction and loyalty.\nPrepare weekly reports on system order status and track departmental KPIs.\nManage inventory for systems and accessories to support order fulfillment.\nPerform month-end processing tasks, including delivery notes and invoice reconciliation.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures for order processing activities.\nSupport special projects and perform other duties as assigned.\nYour Talents\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar operational environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nWillingness to travel to other corporate sites up to 3-4 times per year.\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems in complex situations.\nAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.\nCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.\nFlexibility to work overtime when required.\nOur Vision:\nOver 1000 sharp minds, about 60 nationalities, one goal: accelerating the world’s transition to Responsible Manufacturing.\nOur proven technology, industrial 3D printing, has been extending the boundaries of manufacturing for over 30 years.\nWe work globally networked and prefer to think outside the box - and we’re looking for people who want to shape the future with us.\nEOS welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, ensuring equal opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender identity, expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
