The successful candidate will produce engaging written and visual content, coordinate marketing materials, manage content schedules, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.\n\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop creative content for the company’s website, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, product promotions, and other communication channels.\n\nCreate engaging written, visual, and multimedia content that reflects the company’s brand identity and business objectives.\n\nCoordinate the planning, development, review, and publication of marketing content across relevant platforms.\n\nDevelop content calendars and maintain a consistent schedule for marketing communications and promotional activities.\n\nCollaborate with the sales, marketing, design, and production teams to gather information and translate product features into compelling content.\n\nCreate and coordinate product descriptions, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.\n\nSupport the development of packaging-related content that highlights product features, applications, quality, and customer benefits.\n\nAssist with photography, video production, graphic design coordination, and other creative projects.\n\nManage social media content and support audience engagement through timely, relevant, and brand-appropriate communication.\n\nReview and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.\n\nCoordinate with external designers, printers, photographers, and other creative service providers when required.\n\nMonitor content performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nResearch industry trends, customer interests, and competitor communication strategies to generate fresh content ideas.\n\nMaintain an organised library of creative assets, marketing materials, photographs, videos, and approved brand resources.\n\nSupport product launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and other marketing initiatives through effective content planning and coordination.\n\nEnsure that all content meets agreed deadlines and supports the company’s marketing and commercial goals.\n\nQualification Required & Experience\n\nA bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Arts, or a related field.\n\nRelevant experience in content creation, creative coordination, digital marketing, communications, or a similar role is an advantage.\n\nDemonstrated ability to develop engaging written and visual content for different audiences and platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with social media management, content planning, and digital marketing principles.\n\nExperience using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design and multimedia applications is an advantage.\n\nStrong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.\n\nAn understanding of branding, marketing communications, and visual identity principles.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, or a related industry would be an added advantage.\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies\n\nStrong creativity and the ability to develop fresh, engaging content ideas.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication
