We need to strengthen the HR foundations while preparing for further acquisitions.\nThe role\nReporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will own the employee lifecycle and day-to-day People delivery globally.\nYour mandate is to build and lead the People team, establish reliable HR operations and embed acquired businesses into the group’s operating model. This requires strong management, sound judgement and the willingness to get directly involved.\nThe Chief People Officer leads the Centre of Excellence and integration programmes. You will translate that work into effective day-to-day practices across the organisation.\nWhat you will own\nBuild and lead the People team\nLead a target team of five, completing any outstanding hires when you join.\n\nEstablish HR coverage across teams and countries, aligned with the Talent Acquisition structure.\n\nSet clear responsibilities, priorities and expectations.
