Flowise, and RAGflow\n\nEnsure that frameworks and technologies align with enterprise goals and compliance requirements\n\nDesign robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and indexing\n\nImplement best practices for vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge-base indexing\n\nDevise prompt-engineering and response-validation mechanisms for reliable AI outputs\n\nIncorporate thorough testing, quality control, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) techniques where applicable\n\nArchitect agent-based solutions that can autonomously interact with systems and make informed decisions\n\nIntegrate operator-based flows that augment human workflows\n\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and manageable (MLOps/DevOps best non-technical stakeholders\n\nCollaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives\n\nRequirements\n\n8+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture, with a proven record of delivering enterprise solutions\n\nDeep understanding of Generative AI and large language models (LLMs)\n\nPractical experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques\n\nHands-on experience with RAG frameworks: LangChain, Flowise, RAGflow\n\nExpertise in deploying agentic and operator-based solutions using autonomous AI agents\n\nFamiliarity with indexing and semantic search technologies (e.g., Pinecone)\n\nExpertise in building robust knowledge-base indexes for accurate information retrieval\n\nSkills in creating and managing AI agents for automation, cognitive architectures, and autonomous operations\n\nUnderstanding reinforcement learning and cognitive agent architectures\n\nKnowledge of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, accountability, and responsible AI practices\n\nImplementation of governance frameworks and ethical guidelines\n\nIntegrating AI seamlessly into existing operational workflows\n\nFamiliarity with FastAPI, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps/MLOps practices\n\nKnowledge of semantic search, cognitive architectures, and reinforcement learning\n\nContinuous learning mindset and
