The role also provides input or delivers tasks within our continuous cyber renewal efforts in the fields of infrastructure (endpoint and server) security, network security (e.g., firewall security, ZTNA), access management (e.g., PAM), and more.\n\n_This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas._\n\nParticipate in the design and management of security principles across cloud and on-prem (preferably .NET) environments\n\nContribute to continuous cyber renewal efforts across infrastructure security, including endpoint and server protection\n\nSupport network security initiatives such as firewall security and ZTNA implementations\n\nDeliver tasks related to access management solutions, including PAM\n\nAdminister and secure CI/CD pipelines, with a primary focus on GitHub and legacy AzureDevOps\n\nImplement and maintain DevSecOps standards including SAST, SCA, and secret scanning\n\nManage secret management solutions and cryptography practices across the organization\n\nAssess complex security issues and develop effective, scalable solutions\n\nCommunicate security concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nOwn and manage requirements end-to-end, being accountable for assessment, definition, and delivery of assigned tasks\n\nDrive projects proactively and independently, seeking clarification whenever needed\n\nCollaborate within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in application development security and secure coding\n\nExpertise in CI/CD security and administration (GitHub, AzureDevOps)\n\nProficiency in cloud security across Azure, AWS, and CSPM\n\nSkills in IaC tooling and automation (Terraform, Python, CloudFormation)\n\nCompetency in DevSecOps practices including SAST, SCA, and secure pipeline development with secret scanning\n\nKnowledge of secret management tools (Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Bitwarden)\n\nUnderstanding of cryptography, security features, and general cybersecurity principles\n\nFamiliarity with infrastructure security (endpoint and server), network security (firewall, ZTNA), and access management (PAM)\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex security issues\n\nStrong communication skills to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences\n\nProven ownership mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects\n\nAvailability to visit the client office once every other week\n\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1)\n\nNice to
