End-User Support Engineer

This role is instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of our IT infrastructure and delivering outstanding support to our team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure in our Tashkent office
• Ensure that all equipment, documents, and processes are properly organized and operational
• Provide direct IT support to team members, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, upgrades, and disposal of IT assets in an efficient, cost-effective manner
• Assist in refining and advancing the End-User Support Service

Requirements

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities for working effectively within a team
• Proficiency in IT-related tasks and an understanding of fundamental IT principles
• A deep understanding of essential hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving operating systems, hardware, and network issues
• Familiarity with asset management and ITIL practices (or other ITSM tools)
