Java/.NET applications using Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies\nAdapt traditional Agile metrics (team velocity, sprint burn-down, cycle time) to analyze and optimize productivity gains achieved through GenAI tools\nCoordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring development workflows seamlessly integrate AI code generation, automated unit testing, and code review\nManage project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and multi-million dollar budgets\nAct as a highly technical liaison between developers, architects, product owners, and business
