In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the client's security team to proactively identify and mitigate software vulnerabilities using advanced, AI-driven agentic workflows.\n\n_This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas._\n\nBuild multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows\n\nBuild robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines\n\nPerform LLM fine-tuning (utilizing LoRA, QLoRA, or similar techniques) specifically optimized for security domains\n\nGenerate and manage large-scale datasets tailored for automated security testing\n\nPerform security testing activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions\n\nProvide guidance and share best practices with internal security team on AI-driven secure testing methodologies\n\nStay up to date with the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proactively recommending mitigation strategies\n\nContribute to the overall development, standardization, and scaling of automated security testing methodologies\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer\n\nProficiency in Python and Rust\n\nProficiency in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor\n\nExpertise in Vulnerability Management\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher\n\nNice to
