people from Ukraine who are currently in Switzerland and hold, or have already applied for, S permits\nRequirements\n- 8+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in rapid prototyping or forward-deployed roles\n- Strong proficiency in AI-native application development, including code generation and agentic coding assistants\n- Expertise in rapid prototyping using Python\n- Solid understanding of application and API design principles for new features\n- Excellent client-facing technical communication skills\n- Familiarity with Anthropic Claude or AWS AI Practitioner\n- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher\nResponsibilities\n- Work directly with client business and product owners to scope new application features and create rapid prototypes\n- Use AI natively throughout development, including code generation, automated testing, and iterative build\n- Build, refine, and deliver functional prototypes with a focus on short feedback loops\n- Prepare validated prototypes for transfer into standard build processes with engineering teams\n- Evaluate and confirm technical feasibility of new application features adopting AI-native approaches\n- Act as a primary technical contact for client teams during early-stage development phases\n- Contribute AI-native engineering practices and reusable patterns to internal
