with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers, helping establish strong engineering and AI-assisted development practices\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience\n\n1+ years of technical or team leadership experience\n\nExpert-level JavaScript/TypeScript skills\n\nStrong Node.js experience building scalable backend services and APIs\n\nStrong frontend experience with React, Next.js, and/or Angular\n\nPractical experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar database technologies\n\nExperience architecting and deploying production solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP\n\nProven experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems\n\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar\n\nStrong ability to evaluate AI-generated code, identify hallucinations, incorrect assumptions, security issues, unnecessary changes, and scope creep\n\nStrong prompt engineering and context-management skills\n\nPractical experience with modern AI engineering concepts such as MCP, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, or generative AI APIs\n\nSolid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and reliability\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver effectively under real-world delivery pressure\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and hybrid teams\n\nAdvanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher)\n\nNice to have\n\nPython experience\n\nPlatform engineering, observability, or reliability engineering experience\n\nStrong system design or distributed-systems experience\n\nExperience building multi-step agentic workflows
