engineering standards, processes, and quality guidelines\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in software development using .NET and C#\n\n1+ years of proven leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives\n\nBackground in ASP.NET Core and Microservices Architecture\n\nHands-on expertise in Generative AI solutions, including LLM integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot ecosystem, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel)\n\nProficiency in designing and implementing RAG-based applications and AI-powered workflows\n\nSkills in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure\n\nFamiliarity with Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)\n\nCompetency in Azure AI Services, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps\n\nKnowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or TypeScript\n\nUnderstanding of API design and modern software architecture patterns\n\nExpertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\n\nProficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience with AI Agents and Agentic AI architectures\n\nKnowledge of vector databases and semantic search\n\nCapability to
