location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas._\n\nLead migration of workloads from Marathon (Mesos), Legacy EC2s, and Legacy EKS clusters to OneEKS platform\n\nAdjust and refactor application code in .NET\n\nDesign, implement, and optimize Kubernetes deployments using AWS EKS\n\nDevelop and maintain Helm charts and Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation\n\nIntegrate messaging queues and service meshes into cloud-native architectures\n\nCollaborate with DevOps and platform teams to ensure smooth migration and deployment processes\n\nTroubleshoot complex issues across application, infrastructure, and networking layers\n\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability tools\n\nDocument migration processes, architectural decisions, and best practices\n\nEnsure high availability, scalability, and security of migrated workloads\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members\n\nParticipate in code reviews and promote best practices\n\nCommunicate progress and challenges to stakeholders\n\nStay updated on emerging cloud and containerization technologies\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience in .NET engineering with 5+ years in software development\n\nBackground in AWS EKS and Kubernetes platform management\n\nKnowledge of Helm, Terraform, and infrastructure as code principles\n\nUnderstanding of messaging queues, networking, and service meshes\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and observability solutions\n\nCapability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues\n\nQualifications in
