junior developers\nProvide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Zuora functionalities and best practices\nParticipate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, issues, and solutions\n\nRequirements\n\n5-15 years of experience in IT, with a track record in implementing, maintaining, and improving platforms in Billing\nUnderstanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs\nExpertise in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating, including Payments, Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice, CM & HTML templates\nKnowledge of Product Catalog, Charge Models, and Subscription lifecycle management, including create, update, renew, and cancel processes\nExperience with Zuora Order line-item feature, including creating Order line-items and Invoice order line items\nSkills in reconciliations and troubleshooting for month-end processes, along with mass create/update/delete operations at/for multiple objects\nProficiency in developer tools and Postman tools\nExperience integrating with ecommerce, payment gateways, data analytics platforms, and tax systems, including Salesforce, Zuora APIs, and Payment Gateways\nFamiliarity with Zuora Workflow to automate new workflows and enhance existing ones\nIn-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups, including Roles, Permissions, and Billing templates\nAbility to support day-to-day queries and analysis from business, finance, dev, QA, and other stakeholders\nUnderstanding of Zuora product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal system
