You will work at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and developer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust and scalable internal platform.\n\n_This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas._\n\nBuild and maintain the Internal Developer Portal using Port.io\n\nDevelop backend automation and integrations using Python and Terraform\n\nDesign and manage GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines\n\nIntegrate developer tools (SCM, CI, security, artifact management) into platform workflows\n\nImplement API-driven onboarding and orchestration of external agent capabilities\n\nManage AWS infrastructure, IAM policies, and platform security\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps\n\nProficiency in Python and Terraform in production environments\n\nExpertise in AWS infrastructure design and IAM policy management\n\nSkills in GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance\n\nExperience in integration of developer tools into platform workflows\n\nProficiency in English at a B2+ level\n\nNice to have\n\nFamiliarity with Port.io or Internal Developer Portal experience\n\nKnowledge of software cataloging\n\nUnderstanding of golden paths and developer self-service
