ecosystem.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and support Advent Geneva solutions supporting investment accounting, portfolio management, and fund operations\n Develop and maintain Geneva workflows, business rules, accounting rules, security setups, and operational processes to support complex investment products\n Implement and support investment accounting and transaction processing across equities, fixed income, derivatives, private assets, and other investment instruments\n Configure and maintain security master, portfolio, entity, book, accounting basis, and reference data within Geneva\n Develop and maintain integrations between Geneva and upstream/downstream systems, including OMS, data warehouses, custodians, market data providers, and reporting platforms\n Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, data extracts, and reconciliation processes supporting Geneva operations\n Analyze and resolve production issues, data discrepancies, accounting breaks, and transaction-processing exceptions, working closely with Investment Operations and Accounting teams\n Support trade lifecycle processing, including trade capture, settlement, corporate actions, cash movements, income processing, and position/accounting updates\n Develop automated solutions for data validation, reconciliation, exception management, and operational controls\n Partner with Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, Finance, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions\n Participate in the design and implementation of Geneva enhancements, releases, upgrades, and platform integrations\n Perform impact analysis and regression testing for changes affecting investment accounting and downstream reporting\n Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, process documentation, and operational runbooks\n Support UAT, system integration testing, production deployments, and post-release validation\n Monitor data and application processes and proactively identify issues affecting portfolio valuation, positions, cash, transactions, and financial reporting\n Ensure solutions comply with the company's technology, security, data governance, change management, and SDLC standards\n Work with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders, including US-based business and technology teams, to deliver solutions within agreed timelines\n Participate in on-call / production support activities when required, including investigation of time-sensitive investment accounting and operational issues\n Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, data quality, and operational efficiency across Geneva-based processes\n Contribute to modernization initiatives, including Geneva-to-cloud/data-platform integrations, API-based services, enterprise data platforms, and reporting modernization\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as an engineer supporting investment or asset management platforms\nExpertise in Advent Geneva / SS&C Geneva, including workflows, accounting rules, and security master configuration\nStrong background in Asset Management and Investment Management domains\nUnderstanding of investment accounting and portfolio management concepts, including NAV, valuation, positions, cash, cost basis, realized/unrealized P&L, accruals, and income\nKnowledge of trade lifecycle and post-trade processing, including trade settlement, corporate actions, and multi-currency accounting\nFamiliarity with security master and reference data, investment entities and funds, and general ledger integration\nProficiency in SQL / T-SQL, including stored procedures, data extracts, and performance tuning\nSkills in ETL/ELT, data integration, APIs, and system integrations with custodians, brokers, and market data providers\nCompetency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and data processing\nExperience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines\nFamiliarity with Jira and ServiceNow for issue tracking and change management\nCapability to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational controls across fixed income, equities, and derivatives\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)\nNice to have\nBackground in accounting and financial operations\nExperience in
