leadership and driving technical decisions\nStrong background in enterprise software architecture and building large-scale, highly scalable applications\nExcellent knowledge of modern Java and experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus\nHands-on experience implementing automated testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing layers\nExperience across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to deployment and production support\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nExperience working with relational databases, Redis, and Azure AI Search\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)\nAdvanced proficiency with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development\nExperience leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping, exploratory development, automation, and engineering
