implement them\nCreate and maintain TA frameworks, TA solutions, or other shared formats usable by all projects and programs across the company\nDefine and implement comprehensive test automation strategies including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach\nCreate and maintain documentation for automation processes, workflows, and configurations\nEvaluate and select the best test automation tools for different purposes\nOversee the definition, selection, and extension of test automation architecture frameworks\nMonitor and report on key quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and release cycle times for manual, automated, and performance testing\nOversee manual and automated testing efforts to validate functional, integration, regression, and performance aspects\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in test processes, tools, and techniques to accelerate digital transformation\nPerform architecture reviews and audits\nEstablish project necessities and goals to reach a go-live solution\nEngage in hands-on pre-sale activities including proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and demos\nCommunicate directly with customers during solution architecture design or implementation activities\n\nRequirements\n\n12 to 15 years of experience in IT\nKnowledge of GenAI tools, testing AI/ML based systems, using LLMs, MCPs, RAG, and evaluating Agents through DeepEval/Ragas\nProficiency in at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Java, C# .NET, or Python\nFamiliarity with JavaScript and TypeScript\nUnderstanding of industry trends and best practices\nProactive approach and leadership in architecture
