This role acts as a senior stakeholder partner, ensuring business value and continuously improving BA ways of working.\n\nThis position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.\n\nDefine and tailor the BA approach (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall), deliverables, templates, and approval gates\n\nOwn scope definition and decomposition, document assumptions/constraints, and propose MVP aligned to value\n\nPlan and lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews, facilitate decision-making, and resolve conflicts\n\nProduce high-quality requirements artifacts, including epics/features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and models\n\nEstablish and maintain requirements traceability and change request management, and perform impact analysis\n\nSet up BA information and quality management, including documentation structure, standards, and reviews\n\nLead/coordinate UAT activities and support release readiness and post-release evaluation\n\nIdentify and manage BA/requirements risks, and maintain risk log and mitigation actions\n\nApply GenAI tools to accelerate BA work responsibly, including prompting, synthesis, and drafting, with appropriate validation and data handling\n\nMentor other BAs, contribute to knowledge sharing, and support pre-sales/discovery when needed\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex digital/product delivery environments\n\nExpertise in SDLC, Agile practices, and BABOK techniques\n\nSkills in facilitation, stakeholder management, and prioritization\n\nExcellent written/verbal communication, with confidence in executive-level reporting and presentations\n\nProven ownership of ambiguity, complexity, and cross-team alignment, with a results-oriented and self-managed approach\n\nEnglish B2+ (C1 preferred)\n\nNice to have\n\nProficiency in SQL/data analysis, API literacy (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman), and cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure)\n\nBackground in automation/AI initiatives (RPA, ML/GenAI, workflow automation)\n\nAdvanced Jira/Confluence usage, including
