Description\nWe are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer specializing in Contrast Security to co-own the day-to-day operation, administration, and continuous improvement of our security platforms, serving as the go-to technical expert for application teams, security teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.\n\n_This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga._\n\nManage central configuration and ensure smooth operation of the platform, including upgrades and maintenance activities\n\nInvestigate and resolve issues reported by users while troubleshooting scan execution in CI/CD pipelines\n\nAct on operational incidents, including recovery efforts, to minimize downtime and disruption\n\nCommunicate with Contrast vendors regarding issues, feature requests, and timelines\n\nParticipate in regular vendor meetings and escalate critical issues when necessary\n\nContribute to the SAP Piper pipeline solution through bug fixes and development of new features\n\nConfigure and troubleshoot scan integrations across various environments\n\nSuggest improvements related to monitoring, tooling, and features to enhance platform capabilities\n\nEvaluate new product capabilities and coordinate adoption plans accordingly\n\nValidate vendor fixes and patches prior to production deployment\n\nProvide feedback that influences product roadmap discussions\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, platform administration, or a related technical role\n\nExpertise in Contrast Security platform administration and configuration\n\nProficiency in CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting, including scan execution and integration\n\nExperience with SAP Piper pipeline solutions, including development and bug fixing\n\nSkills in vendor management, including issue escalation and feature request communication\n\nBackground in incident response and operational recovery processes\n\nUnderstanding of security scanning tools and their integration within development workflows\n\nCompetency in evaluating and adopting new product features and capabilities\n\nEnglish
