You'll work in a high-impact, high-autonomy environment, taking projects from concept to production.\n\nThis position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.\n\nDesign and implementation of backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components\n\nDevelopment of developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration\n\nApplication of secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices\n\nCollaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions\n\nUse of current LLM patterns (RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, evals) to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience\n\nStrong skills in full-stack development\n\nExpertise in building AI agents with TypeScript, .NET or Go\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP\n\nProven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems\n\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or
