This role requires a strategic, delivery-driven leader with exceptional client-facing skills, deep understanding of enterprise IT delivery models, and the ability to manage and grow relationships with senior stakeholders.\n\nThe ideal candidate brings a blend of delivery excellence, portfolio leadership, and domain knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Wealth Management etc.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nPortfolio & Delivery Management :\n\n- Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.\n\n- Establish and manage delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and performance metrics across multiple workstreams.\n\n- Coordinate cross-functional teams (client, vendor, onshore) to drive accountability and resolve delivery issues proactively.\n\n- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, SDLC/Agile methodologies.\n\n- Leverage and promote adoption of AI in project SDLC.\n\n- AI Tool Proficiency - GPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini.\n\n- AI-Augmented Delivery Thinking.\n\n- AI Ethics, Risk & Governance.\n\n- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management :\n\n- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility.\n\n- Understand client business needs, industry challenges, and strategic objectives to propose value-aligned solutions.\n\n- Manage expectations, provide transparent communication, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Facilitate executive-level presentations and status reporting, translating complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights.\n\nTeam Leadership :\n\n- Provide strong leadership to project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams.\n\n- Mentor team members, promote continuous improvement, and instill a high-performance delivery culture.\n\n- Support talent planning, capability development, and team motivation across distributed teams.\n\nFinancial & Vendor Management :\n\n- Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.\n\n- Oversee vendor and partner performance, including contract adherence, quality, and service levels.\n\n- Drive cost optimization while maintaining high delivery standards.\n\nQualifications & Experience :\n\nRequired :\n\n- 13 years of experience in IT project or program delivery, including leadership of complex multi-project portfolios.\n\n- Proven experience managing enterprise technology initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, application development).\n\n- Strong, demonstrable client stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\n\n- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and IT governance frameworks.\n\n- Experience working with cross-functional, global delivery teams.\n\n- Background in consulting, managed services, or large-scale system integration engagements.\n\nGood if you have :\n\n- PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.\n\nKey Competencies :\n\n- Strategic thinking with hands-on
