In this role, you will build solutions that streamline platform operations, enable secure data access, and support analytics and machine learning initiatives across the enterprise.\n\nThis position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.\n\nAdminister and manage AWS Databricks and Data Lake environments\n\nImplement and enforce access management using RBAC and Entra ID\n\nApply Databricks governance concepts, including Unity Catalog, access control, and data lineage\n\nDevelop automation scripts and REST API integrations for platform configuration and monitoring\n\nMonitor platform health, respond to incidents, and ensure operational reliability\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to align platform standards and contribute to governance frameworks\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues while optimizing performance and efficiency\n\nDocument platform processes and best practices\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services, especially AWS Databricks\n\nProficiency in AWS access management, including RBAC and Entra ID\n\nHands-on knowledge of Databricks governance, particularly Unity Catalog, covering catalog/schema management, access control, and data lineage\n\nExperience using Terraform to automate infrastructure deployment and management\n\nBasic Python development skills for automation and scripting\n\nFamiliarity with REST APIs for platform administration and configuration\n\nUnderstanding of DevOps principles, including monitoring, observability, incident response, and operational health\n\nExperience working in enterprise environments, ideally within diverse and globally distributed organizations\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher\n\nNice to have\n\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)\n\nExperience with Databricks administration, including workspace configuration, job orchestration, and cluster policies\n\nBackground in contributing to shared platform standards, governance frameworks, or automation libraries\n\nFamiliarity
