You will sit at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client engagement 6 driving program governance, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and accelerating the adoption of AI-driven delivery frameworks.\n\nThis role is part of the newly established CEE_WE Data Delivery Management Office (DDMO) and will work closely with Delivery Managers, Business Units, GDO, and pre-sales teams to build scalable, client-centric delivery operations.\n\nFeel free to work remotely from anywhere across Lithuania or connect with colleagues at our Vilnius and Kaunas offices.\n\nOwn end-to-end program management across multiple concurrent data and AI engagements within the EU region\n\nEstablish and maintain program governance structures: status reporting, risk management, escalation paths, and delivery cadences\n\nDrive delivery quality by aligning teams to best practices, milestones, and client expectations\n\nManage program-level dependencies, resource constraints, and cross-team coordination\n\nChampion the adoption of the AI Delivery Model framework across client engagements\n\nCollaborate with the AI CoE and Delivery Managers to pilot, iterate, and scale AI-augmented SDLC processes\n\nIdentify opportunities to embed AI tooling into delivery workflows for faster, higher-quality outcomes\n\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with Business Unit leads, GDO partners, and key client stakeholders\n\nAct as a primary escalation point for program-level issues, providing clear communication and timely resolution\n\nSupport pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, and solution design for data and AI programs\n\nTranslate business goals into actionable delivery plans and communicate progress to executive stakeholders\n\nMentor Delivery Managers and project leads; support onboarding and buddy allocation processes\n\nContribute to practice-wide initiatives: KPI design, capability building, and process improvement\n\nParticipate in community-building activities including practice events, knowledge sharing, and cross-practice collaboration\n\nRequirements\n\n10+ years of program or project management experience in a technology services or consulting environment\n\nProven track record delivering complex data, analytics, or AI programs at scale\n\nHands-on experience with AI/ML delivery 6 solid understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and AI SDLC frameworks\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills 6 comfortable engaging with both C-level clients and engineering teams\n\nExperience working in a matrixed, multi-geography organization with distributed delivery teams\n\nExcellent command of program governance practices (risk, RAID, reporting, change management)\n\nProficiency in English (written and spoken)\n\nEfficiency in acquiring new knowledge\n\nNice to have\n\nGerman language skills (written and/or spoken)\n\nPMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification\n\nExperience in a delivery leadership role within a global IT services company\n\nFamiliarity with EPAM delivery models, tools, and regional structure\n\nBackground working across multiple EU verticals (CPGR, Life Science,
