practices (SOLID principles, design patterns, etc.), enabling project teams to implement them effectively\nDevelop and sustain TA frameworks, solutions, or shared formats that multiple projects and programs can leverage company-wide\nEstablish and execute thorough test automation strategies, including roadmaps, tooling, frameworks, and methodologies\nAuthor and update documentation covering automation processes, workflows, and configurations\nAssess and choose optimal test automation tools for various applications\nGuide the definition, selection, and expansion of test automation architecture frameworks\nTrack and communicate essential quality metrics (such as defect density, test coverage, and release cycle times) across manual, automated, and performance testing\nSupervise manual and automated testing efforts covering functional, integration, regression, and performance validation\nLead continuous improvement efforts in testing processes, tools, and methods to support digital transformation\nConduct architecture reviews and audits\nDetermine project requirements and objectives needed to reach go-live status\nParticipate actively in pre-sale efforts (proposals, RFPs, RFIs, demonstrations)\nMaintain direct communication with customers throughout solution architecture design and implementation phases\n\nRequirements\n\n15-19 years of IT industry experience\nProficiency in GenAI tools, AI/ML system testing, LLMs, MCPs, RAG technologies, and Agent evaluation (DeepEval/Ragas)\nSolid background in at least one programming or scripting language, with preference for Java, C# .NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript\nAwareness of current industry trends and best practices\nDemonstrated initiative and leadership capabilities in architecture-related
