You will join a pan-Baltic team, collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to design, implement and maintain solutions in an agile environment.\n\nThis position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga.\n\nImplement and maintain modern document management, generation, archiving and signing solutions\n\nWork with API-driven architectures, microservices and cloud-native applications\n\nOptimize and maintain software solutions aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements\n\nLiaise with software product suppliers regarding product roadmaps and operational topics\n\nCoordinate IT Services security hardening and vulnerability management\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve system functionality and develop best practices and standards\n\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment\n\nSupport team members and share knowledge within the organization\n\nAnalyze business requirements and perform system analysis\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure solutions remain competitive\n\nRequirements\n\n3+ years of experience building document management sites on SharePoint Online or implementing integration services using Apache Camel\n\nKnowledge of modern programming languages such as Java, Python or other\n\nExpertise in AWS services, especially S3 and OpenSearch\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems like Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines\n\nBackground in regulated industries, preferably banking or finance\n\nProactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and
