You will actively contribute to solution design and delivery excellence — engaging in technical discovery, architecture definition, and proof-of-concept development while bringing strong technical credibility to client engagements. Approximately half your time will be spent working directly with clients — running workshops, shaping solution blueprints, and validating technical approaches; the other half contributing to delivery Sales & Delivery Management teams to engage prospects throughout the sales lifecycle, from first meeting through close\n\nContribute to the scoping and authoring of proposals and statements of work for complex Microsoft engagements\n\nSupport the design of project teaming models and produce accurate effort and cost estimates\n\nClearly communicate scope, assumptions, and risk to both technical and executive audiences\n\nDesign Azure and Microsoft platform solutions spanning application modernization, data platforms, AI/ML, and Copilot/Fabric workloads\n\nAnalyze client application and data estates; develop transformation roadmaps and next-generation architecture\n\nProduce solution architecture documentation covering key technical decisions and implementation approach\n\nParticipate in solution design reviews and contribute technical oversight across active engagements\n\nSupport development efforts and help resolve technical challenges within the team\n\nShare expertise with EPAM engineers and contribute to raising technical standards across the practice\n\nStay current on Microsoft platform developments and bring emerging capabilities into client conversations\n\nActively contribute to EPAM's knowledge base and internal communities around the Microsoft ecosystem\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong expertise in Azure and the broader Microsoft platform across application modernization, data and analytics, and AI/ML workloads\n\nProven experience delivering complex, multi-workload Microsoft implementations at enterprise scale\n\nDemonstrated experience in client-facing consulting roles with confidence leading architecture discussions with senior technical and business stakeholders\n\nExperience supporting presales activity including scoping engagements, writing proposals, and contributing to deal closure\n\nSolid solution architecture fundamentals across application stacks (REST, containers, serverless, front-end/back-end) and data/AI stacks (relational, non-relational, GenAI, ML)\n\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery practices and DevOps tooling (IaC, CI/CD, automated deployment)\n\nExcellent communication skills — able to translate complex technical
