Define QA processes and metrics for projects\n\nInvestigate customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports\n\nHandle technical communications and understanding the customers' systems\n\nWork with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs\n\nAnalyze and disintegrate software systems and coordinate with other teams to enhance the overall design\n\nResearch test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes\n\nManage the final quality on production release\n\nRequirements\n\n3+ years of relevant professional experience\n\nExcellent designing and programming in JavaScript/TypeScript, understanding and practice of creating clean and excellent quality program code\n\nExperience with WebdriverIO, Mocha, Protractor and Git\n\nProficiency with Azure, Jenkins, TeamCity, CI/CD, non-functional testing\n\nKnowledge of programming languages and process management methodology\n\nExposure to Behavior Driven Development and experience in programming and testing\n\nThe ability to recognize risks and errors in an application\n\nGood time management and organizational skills\n\nThe ability to keep up to date with the constantly changing technology
