Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.\nWe are currently hiring a People Experience Project Lead on a fixed term contract, starting immediately. This position is until the end of March 2027.\nYour mission at Epassi\nThis is a chance to help shape how a fast-scaling company feels from the inside.\nEpassi is growing from a group of acquired businesses into one company, and the way people experience Epassi day to day is a big part of that story. In this role you’ll lead our People experience work across three areas: our flagship all-company event, internal communications, and events and activities in our local markets.\nThe biggest project is in March, when we bring 1,000+ people together to align, connect and celebrate what makes us uniquely Epassi, and to get ready for the next stage of our journey. You’ll lead it, working with our event agency on logistics, on-site planning and design, and with Marketing and Employer Brand to turn our vision into something people feel.\nAround that, you’ll keep our internal communications moving and support office events and activities across our markets, so that culture is something people feel all year round\nYou’ll build strong relationships with agencies, vendors and local teams, manage stakeholders across the business, and see your work come to life in front of the whole company.\nYour responsibilities will be\nFlagship event delivery\nLead the project plan for the all-company event, from kick-off to delivery\nManage the event agency across logistics, on-site planning and suppliers\nPlan, track and report on a large event budget\nExperience and brand\nWork with Marketing and our Employer Brand lead on the event concept and brand materials\nShape the event layout and the attendee experience\nMake sure everything we create sounds and feels like Epassi: contemporary, human and warm\nCulture activation\nTranslate Epassi’s culture and values into concrete moments, formats and activities, at the event and beyond\nCreate ways for colleagues from different businesses and markets to connect, share stories and feel part of one Epassi\nWork with People, Marketing and Employer Brand to make sure culture themes carry through our communications\nGather feedback and pulse insights to see what landed and what to carry forward\nInternal communications\nBuild the communication plan around the all-company event, before, during and after\nPlan and deliver day-to-day internal communications, from company updates to campaigns and announcements\nKeep our internal channels active, consistent and on brand across markets\nLocal market experience\nSupport office events and activities in our local markets, working with local teams and office leads\nProvide simple frameworks, templates and budgets so local teams can run great events with consistent quality\nShare ideas and learnings across markets so good practice travels\nYou’ll be set up for success if you have\nExtensive experience managing vendors and agencies\nA track record of delivering large-scale events\nExperience planning events or activities across multiple locations or markets\nConfidence managing event budgets and financial tracking\nStrong logistics and project management skills\nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal\nExperience creating content and running internal communications\nA strong eye for brand and experience design, and the ability to work closely with marketing and employer brand colleagues\nExperience activating culture, values or employee engagement through events or internal campaigns\nAbility to turn abstract ideas like values and purpose into practical, memorable experiences\nExperience working in a fast-moving or multi-market organisation\nProficiency in Google & Microsoft Workspace\nActive use of AI tools to work at pace, from drafting communications to planning and tracking\nYou’ll thrive here if you\nEnjoy a fast pace, a big, visible project with a hard deadline, and a steady stream of smaller priorities alongside it\nLove bringing a brand and a vision to life\nCare about culture and enjoy helping people feel connected and proud of where they work\nStart with the attendee or colleague and think through how people will experience each moment\nBuild trust quickly with agencies, vendors, local teams and internal partners\nManage your own workload and stay calm when several things land at once\nWhy you should join us\nEpassi is scaling from a group of acquired businesses into one high-growth company, and this is a defining moment in that story\nYou’ll help shape how Epassi’s culture is experienced across markets as we grow into one company\nYou’ll own a large, visible project from start to finish, alongside broader people experience work\nYou’ll work directly with senior leaders and gain real experience managing stakeholders at every level\nYou’ll build lasting relationships with agencies, vendors and colleagues across our markets, and see your work land in front of the whole company\nThe details\nReports to: Organisational Performance and Growth Director\n Location: Any Epassi office (hybrid) or remote.
