This role operates at the intersection of technical sales, systems architecture, and advanced customer support, serving as the primary technical authority throughout complex sales and deployment cycles.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary technical interface for hyperscale and AI data center customers \nLead pre-sales technical strategy, solution design, and value positioning \nSupport complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from concept through execution \nArchitect inverter-based power and energy management solutions \nDeliver executive-level technical presentations and customer briefings \nProvide advanced technical support and lead technical escalations as needed \nPartner cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and technical direction \nDevelop reference architectures, application notes, and technical collateral \nTravel up to 25% to support customers and sales initiatives\nQualifications/Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field \n5+ years of experience in applications engineering or technical sales engineering \nDirect experience supporting hyperscale and/or AI data center environments \nStrong expertise in one or more of the following: BESS, UPS, inverters, or mission-critical power systems\nBenefits\n401(k) with company matching\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nDisability and life insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nTuition reimbursement\nEmployee Incentive Program (EIP) \nEPC Power is an equal opportunity employer.
