a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product line lifecycle for EPC Power’s inverter-based solutions, from early concept and market definition through development, launch, and long-term new products for renewables, BESS, UPS, VFD, or data center power applications.\nYou will translate market needs into clear, actionable Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs) and serve as the primary interface between customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn product strategy and multi-year product line roadmaps for inverter-based power conversion platforms (PV Inverters, BESS Inverters, UPS, VFD, or adjacent systems).\nLead new product definition efforts, including market assessments, competitive analysis, and customer-facing value propositions.\nDevelop and maintain MRDs and TRDs, capturing system-level requirements across hardware, firmware, controls, and software.\nPartner closely with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and technically feasible.\nAct as the voice of the customer, balancing market needs, technical constraints, and business goals.\nSupport early customer engagements, field trials, and feedback loops for new platform introductions.\nCollaborate with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, datasheets, technical collateral, and go-to-market strategies.\nMonitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and feature evolution.\nCoordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to ensure successful product execution and lifecycle management.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Power Electronics preferred) or a closely related technical discipline.\n3+ years of experience in product management, product line management, or systems engineering roles within: Power electronics\n Renewable energy systems\n Data center power infrastructure\n UPS, VFD, or energy storage industries\n\nDemonstrated experience developing new hardware-based products from concept through release.\nHands-on experience creating MRDs and TRDs (or equivalent system-level requirements documentation).\nProven ability to work effectively across both inverter hardware and embedded/software development teams.\nStrong technical communication skills with the ability to interface with engineering, customers, and executive leadership.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with PV inverters, BESS inverters, UPS systems, VFDs, or grid-connected power conversion systems.\nProduct experience supporting data center, utility-scale renewable, or energy storage applications.\nFamiliarity with grid and power standards such as IEEE 1547, UL 1741, or comparable international standards.\nMBA or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.\nExperience in growth-stage or scaling manufacturing
