This role serves as a key technical liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring successful execution, clear communication of requirements, and resolution of complex technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.\nProjects vary in size and complexity, ranging from small installations of a few inverters to large-scale deployments exceeding 100 units. The Project Engineer will develop deep technical expertise in EPC Power inverter systems and associated equipment and will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and project success\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn all technical aspects of inverter projects from PO receipt through commissioning and commercial operation\nReceive technical handoff from Sales and ensure all customer technical requirements are clearly understood and documented\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle\nCoordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Production, Testing, and Commissioning\nDocument, organize, and maintain complete and accurate technical project records\nTranslate customer technical specifications to Production and Testing teams\nDevelop bills of material (BOMs) and drive drawing reviews and approvals for skid- and transformer-based projects\nLead customer technical kick-off meetings and manage ongoing technical communications and follow-ups\nManage and close the technical components of change orders\nLead and support customer factory acceptance testing (FAT) in coordination with the Testing team\nDefine inverter operational modes and system parameters in collaboration with customers\nSupport project handoff to the Commissioning team and remain engaged through commercial operation date (COD)\nContribute to process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline;
