role.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nReporting to the Manager, Project Delivery, this position is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:\nCoordinating completion of Energy Services projects by supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities. \nSupporting successful project delivery by: Supporting completion of projects on time, on budget, and within scope.\nTracking project milestones, deliverables, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nMonitoring and escalating project risks, barriers, and resource constraints, as required.\nSupporting coordination ofUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution and leading coordination of UAT resources.\nMaintaining accurate project documentation and records.\n\nSupporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational and process changes resulting from Energy Services projects to ensure operational readiness and successful adoption by: Coordinating change management activities for impacted operational teams.\nSupporting development and implementation of new or revised business processes, procedures, and workflows.\nDocumenting project decisions, procedures, and process changes, and ensuring appropriate maintenance and storage of records.\nIdentifying inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and recommending improvements to enhance operational effectiveness, customer experience, and cost efficiency.\nSupporting transition and implementation activities to minimize operational disruption and sustain project outcomes.\n\nIdentifying, documenting, and supporting the implementation of process and procedural changes to support effective and efficient project delivery. \nCollaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and concerns. \nCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution by: Supporting alignment and creating understanding.\nResolving issues and concerns.\nFacilitating timely completion of project deliverables.\n\nSupporting the development, coordination, and delivery of project communications for employees, business partners, customers, and other stakeholders, as required.\nProviding regular updates regarding project status, risks, issues, decisions, and outcomes.\nTracking, monitoring, measuring, and reporting on project performance metrics across Energy Services.\nActing as a liaison between project teams, operational stakeholders, and leadership to support project success.\nProviding input into the development of the operational plan, including identifying objectives and priorities for the upcoming year.\nSupporting execution of annual objectives and priorities by:Identifying roadblocks and addressing issues, problems, and concerns to support achievement of targets.\nResponding to shifting priorities as required.\nEnsuring work is completed safely and efficiently.\nSupporting adherence to processes, procedures, and standards.\n\nProviding insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Demonstrating a high-performance, disciplined, safe, accountable, customer-focused, innovative, achievement-oriented, and easy-to-do-business-with approach to work.\n\nWhat’s required to be successful:\nEducation\nCompletion of a 2-year Technical Diplomain Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.\nExperience that includes:\n3+ yearsof experience within a utility company (e.g., billing, customer service, regulatory, IT, etc.) or in a related role.\nApplying project management and/or change management concepts to support software enhancements, system improvements, or related initiatives.\nExperience working withor supporting EPCOR business and IT processesis preferred.\nUnderstanding of EPCOR business and IT processesis preferred.\nTechnical skills\nAbility to diagnose common system issues and determine and implement appropriate solutions. \nExperience using business and operational systems and tools, including: \nCIS/SAP, Genesys Cloud, Oracle Business Intelligence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project\nAbility to quickly learn and become proficient with new software applications. \nExperience using process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Gantt charts, flowcharts, data flow diagrams) to analyze and document business processes and procedures. \nAbility to assess, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent deliverables while meeting tight deadlines.\nProfessional & interpersonalskills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nStrong organizational and prioritization skills. \nAbility to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to adapt to changing priorities, timelinesand business needs. \nDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment
