This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader to make a significant impact in a growing and innovative organization.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage daily production floor operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives\nImplement and champion lean manufacturing initiatives to drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and productivity enhancements\nDevelop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize production processes and resolve technical challenges\nEnsure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements\nCoach, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement\nLead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives using data-driven problem-solving methodologies\nSupport capacity planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation to meet high-volume manufacturing demands\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)\nMinimum of 5 years of production management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment\nPrior experience in power electronics or a related manufacturing industry strongly preferred\nProven track record of implementing lean manufacturing methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency with manufacturing software systems, production metrics, and data analysis tools\nPreferred Qualifications\nLean Six Sigma certification\nExperience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems\nBenefits\n401(k) with company matching\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nDisability and life insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nTuition reimbursement\nEmployee Incentive Program (EIP)\nEPC Power is an equal opportunity employer.
