In this role, you'll serve as the right hand of the founders, gaining exposure to various aspects of establishing a company, including business strategy, legal frameworks, and accounting processes.\nTasks\nYour role involves supporting the founding team with a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:\nAssisting the founders with strategic planning processes\nBe hands-on operational involved in the day-to-day business\nTaking responsibility for preparatory accounting tasks ('Vorbereitende Buchhaltung')\nSupporting event-related activities such as location scouting and managing supplier relationships\nAssisting with government grant applications and programs\nSupporting partnership negotiations and agreements\nRequirements\nStudent in business, industrial engineering, or related fields, with strong academic performance\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude\nAnalytical and structured problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and efficiently\nFluent in English and at least C1 level in German\nBasic understanding of bookkeeping principles (and learn how they are applied in practise)\nCuriosity and eagerness to learn more about technology entrepreneurship & communities\nPrevious experience through internships in consulting or a technology startup is a plus\nBeing based in Berlin is preferred, but remote work is possible\nBenefits\nYou have the opportunity to first-hand experience the setup process of an early stage venture in a very flexible and respectful working environment.
