We’re constantly innovating to raise the bar of engine and game development.\nADMINISTRATION\nWhat We Do\nOur Administrative team plays a key role in Epic's success by providing administrative, scheduling, organizational support, and more to our senior leadership.\nWhat You'll Do\nEpic Games seeks Executive Assistants to support Game Development leadership.\nIn this role, you will\nProvide sophisticated calendar management\nBe strategic and proactive by staying on top of team priorities and actively engaging in ways to help meet objectives\nBook complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, trains, and taxis/car services; then submit and reconcile expense reports\nOrganize and support offsite meetings with both internal employees and external partners, including some travel to attend in person\nProvide general support to visitors, including booking conference rooms, organizing catering, completing NDAs, compiling agendas, and scheduling meetings\nMaintain discretion in handling confidential information\nBe present in team meetings, as requested, and follow up on action items\nWhat we're looking for\nProven experience as an executive assistant\nHigh degree of professionalism in dealing with outside partners and senior executives\nExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask\nExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAble to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment\nProficient in Excel, Word, and calendaring software\nExperience working in gaming, entertainment, technology, or communications fields is preferred\nCollege degree, preferred\nThis role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).\nPay Transparency Information\nThe expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience.
