We’re constantly innovating to raise the bar of engine and game development.\nSALES AND LICENSING\nWhat We Do\nWe drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.\nWhat You'll Do\nEpic Games is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to engage with game developers in China to further their use of Unreal Game Solutions. They will negotiate deals, sometimes highly complex over long cycles, as well as a high volume of more straightforward deals. They will also find new customers for UE Dev Solutions and nurture existing relationships to maximize our mutual benefit. The individual will be a key voice of Epic Games in the game developer industry in China.\nIn this role, you will\nFind new opportunities for the adoption of Unreal Games Solutions\nNegotiate deals with developers, publishers, and platforms for their use of Unreal Dev Solutions\nOwn relationships with important partners, continually maximizing their use of, and benefit from our tools\nExpertly represent to voices of game developers back to internal stakeholders, constantly improving Epic’s ability to offer game devs best-in-class solutions\nWhat we're looking for\nAt least 10 years of progressive experience in the games industry, with a proven track record of working across AAA, AA, indie, and/or mobile game developers\nExperience in a sales or business development capacity working with the game developer community in the Greater China region\nHighly motivated, goal-oriented, self starter capable of working at a high level in a team or on their own\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a variety of positions and functions within and outside the organization.\nIntimate knowledge of the games community in the Greater China region\nExperience negotiating with international organizations\nStrong connections in the games community\nFluency in Mandarin and English\nEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE\nIn addition to any statutory benefits requirements, we pay 100% of the premiums associated with our Company benefits plans, including (where applicable) for both employees and dependents covered by the benefits plan.
