The role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. The position is responsible for guiding solutions throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through implementation and transition to operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business challenges, and project requirements.\nLead requirements discovery workshops and translate business needs into solution designs and architectural specifications.\nDesign end to end solutions that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and operational needs.\nEvaluate and recommend technology solutions, including in house development, commercial off the shelf products, SaaS platforms, and third party services.\nCollaborate with Technical Architects, Development Teams, Operations and DevOps teams, Vendors, and Business Owners to define optimal solution approaches.\nProduce and maintain solution architecture documentation, including functional specifications, integration designs, process flows, and architectural diagrams.\nSupport solution testing activities ensuring the delivered solution aligns with functional and architectural specifications.\nProvide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and design through implementation and transition to operations.\nAssess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.\nSupport project teams in identifying risks, dependencies, and technical constraints, proposing appropriate mitigation measures.\nTake ownership of the successful delivery of assigned solutions, coordinating activities, managing stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring that agreed objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved\nBuild strong relationships across business and technology teams to promote collaboration and successful solution delivery.\nStay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.\nAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on technology capabilities and solution roadmaps.\nKey Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years' experience in a Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience translating business requirements into effective technology solutions and supporting the delivery of enterprise applications, system integrations, or digital transformation initiatives.\nGood understanding of solution design principles, software architecture, system integrations, databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies.\nExperience evaluating technology solutions, vendors, and third-party services.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business needs and develop practical solutions.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to balance business priorities, technical constraints, costs, risks, and quality requirements when designing solutions.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nProactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.\nExperience within the telecommunications industry will be considered an
