engineering team that has members in the US, India and China.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and ship features end-to-end across the full stack, from spec to production.\n\nMake sound decisions on architecture, data modeling, and API design; document trade-offs and align stakeholders.\n\nDrive code quality through code review and testing across front-end and back-end.\n\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers through code review and pairing.\n\nLead technical design reviews, RFCs, and architecture discussions.\n\nUse AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, holding generated code to the same quality bar.\n\nParticipate in production support -- investigations, post-mortems, and systemic fixes.\n\nWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of professional software engineering, owning complex, cross-team work autonomously.\n\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nStrong front-end engineering with a modern component framework (Angular a plus), plus solid TypeScript/JavaScript and UI fundamentals (HTML, CSS, accessibility).\n\nStrong back-end engineering in a modern server-side language (we use PHP and Go).\n\nRelational-database proficiency -- data modeling, performant queries, and indexing.\n\nExperience designing and operating production APIs (REST or gRPC).\n\nComfort with Git, pull-request workflows, and CI/CD.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience with our stack (Angular, PHP/Symfony, Go, MySQL) a plus.\n\nExperience leading a service migration between languages/runtimes (e.g., PHP to Go) in production.\n\nFamiliarity with Tera for server-side templating.\n\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE) at the application-developer level.\n\nCloud-platform experience -- GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable.\n\nExperience operating against an observability stack (New Relic, Datadog, or similar).\n\nAwareness of
